The settings, in order:
  1. On a computer, open chatgpt.com/plugins (ChatGPT does not offer this on phones yet).
  2. Click “+”, then “Add custom MCP server”.
  3. Give it a name (Nano), then paste the address above under “Connection”, in “Server URL”.
  4. Authentication: choose “OAuth”, accept the warning, then “Create as a plugin”.
  5. Install the plugin from your personal plugins.
  6. Click “Connect”: enter your phone number, then the code received by SMS.
  7. Go back to the conversation.

ChatGPT only sees what you tell it. Your data is stored with Nano; only what your requests need goes through ChatGPT. You can disconnect in one step.
